At the May 8th Harrisburg City Council Legislative Session, Councilor Brad Koplinski explains why City Council will not act to implement parts of the Court-approved Receiver's Recovery Plan until PA's Department of Community & Economic Development discloses more information about departed Receiver David Unkovic's resignation and about the process of the sale/lease of the City's assets.

He states Council has "very serious concerns regarding the movements taking place regarding the sale of our assets and other aspects of Mr. Unkovic's Plan.

" City Council has called for the Commonwealth Court to hold a hearing on Unkovic's March 30th resignation.--Tara Leo Auchey
