Fred Reddig of PA Department of Community and Economic Development presents an update on the progress of the Receiver's Recovery Plan.

He outlines the timeline of "the asset monetizations" of the City of Harrisburg indicating the interested parties have been narrowed down to 2 for the Incinerator, 9 for the Parking System, and 4 for the Management of the Water and Sewer Systems.

Reddig discusses the actions taken to address the structural and administrative issues of the City's government as well as the process of completing the 2009, 2010, and 2011 City audits. If all bills and debt obligations are paid, the city of Harrisburg is projected to end the year with a $12,691,042 million deficit.---Tara Leo Auchey
