On, July 11th, Dauphin County Common Pleas President Judge Todd Hoover held a closed status conference with counsel for Gary Schultz, former administrator at Penn State University, and Tim Curley, former Athletic Director at Penn State University. Tom Farrell represents Schultz and Caroline Roberto represents Curley. While the attorneys would not elaborate on what happened during the 50 minute meeting, Roberto did say, "Today we discussed scheduling and the Judge is going to issue an Order regarding scheduling hearings in the future." When asked about the upcoming Freeh Report, Roberto replied that all questions should be directed at Louis Freeh.---Tara Leo Auchey
