Commonwealth Court Judge Leadbetter reschedules Writ of Mandamus hearing for Thursday August 23, 2012, 10:30am in courtroom 3002 Pa Judicial Center Harrisburg. Judge Leadbetter will allow City funds limited to the amount of $7,500 to be available to pay Council's attorney fees associated with the Writ of Mandamus defense.
