The Mayor of the City of Harrisburg assured the public that no tax dollars are being used to fund the annual special event that starts this weekend. "The entire event is privately funded." When asked if the City would pay the cost of paying for police overtime, Mayor Thompson reiterated that the City would spend nothing on the event.
