Harrisburg's Mayor commented on the announcement that the Patriot News newspaper will scale back to a 3 day a week publication putting the bulk of their news access online.

Saying that the move indicates that the Patriot News is not immune to recession, the Mayor stated, "I'm looking so forward for them selling their building that they still have empty here in the City of Harrisburg."
