Part 2--Harrisburg City Council President Wanda Williams reads from a prepared statement justifying her decision to order Public Works to bulldoze a Green Urban Initiative garden at N 6th and Curtin Streets. She claims the garden was unkempt and attracted vermin, became a haven for criminals to hide drugs and guns, and a was a place for "Individuals engaging in sexual acts, as well as using the area as a bathroom facility."
