During the October 9th Harrisburg Hope Forum: "Will there be justice for Harrisburg?" former attorney for City Council, Mark Schwartz, took the mic. "Fraud" was the theme of his speech and question as he proclaimed that not only the current Mayor of Harrisburg, Linda Thompson, is involved in the plot to sweep the ugly side of the City's woes under the rug, but also Governor Corbett. Schwartz said he wrote a report and "listed the specific white guys who made all the money" on the bond issues. He went on to say, "In my opinion, the bond issues were fraudulent." It's his position that the powers to be will look the other way.---Tara Leo Auchey
