Board chairman John Keller and members Fred Clark and Leonard House vote to approve the following motions and resolutions: extending the settlement date of the sale of the incinerator to Barlow Projects until December 31, 2006, approving an agreement between the ARM Group, Inc. and the Harrisburg Authority regarding a Wind Energy Project Study in an amount not to exceed $352,795.00, authorizing a "Contract for Services" with Greg Rothman's RSR Appraisers not to exceed $30K to value the RRF, approved a pre-approval request from Mayor Reed for artifacts in the amount of $13,730.05.

Board members voted to elect Fred Clark as Chairman of the Authority.
