On Wednesday morning Harrisburg Receiver William Lynch and Steven Goldfield ( a member of the forensic audit team hired by the Harrisburg Authority) sat down for a 70 minute meeting with employees and board members of the Harrisburg Parking Authority. We will begin publishing videos of the event Thursday afternoon.
