Introduced by Mr House, seconded by Mr. Keller, that the Authority Express an Intention to Authorize and Issue Its Guaranteed Resource Recovery Facility Revenue Bonds, Series D and E of 2003......To Finance the Retrofit/Modernization of the Entire Resource Recovery and Cogeneration Facility, Including Bringing the Facility Into Compliance With Federal and State Air Quality Requirements.

The Resolution was unanimously adopted. Fred Clark did not attend the meeting.
