Penn State Sandusky Scandal: Gary Schultz and Tim Curley Arraignment Hearing On Additional Charges

On Friday, November 2nd, former Penn State Senior Vice President for Finance and Business, Gary Schultz, and former Penn State Athletic Director, Timothy Curley were arraigned on two new charges each taking the total to five charges each filed against the former Penn State employees for their alleged actions in keeping quiet the truth of Sandusky's sexual abuse of young men.

Previously charged with perjury, obstruction of justice, and failure to report child abuse, Schultz and Curly face charges of criminal conspiracy and endangerment of children.

Dauphin County District Judge William Wenner issued an additional $50,000 unsecured bail for the new charges. Both Schultz and Curley had been free on $75,000 each.

A preliminary hearing is tentatively scheduled for November 12th.
