Second sinkhole on North 4th street in Harrisburg.

Another sinkhole opened Tuesday morning as contractors were testing for gas line breaks, residents of the 2100 block are being evacuated, a temporary emergency center has been set up at the Pine Street Presbyterian Church located at 234 South street downtown Harrisburg.
