Harrisburg elected board of school directors voted 8-0 Tuesday evening to approve a settlement with Dr. Gerald Kohn former CEO/Superintendent of the Harrisburg school district, board president Jennifer Smallwood was absent from the meeting. Dr. Kohn sued the district after Mayor Thompson's hand picked Board of Control voted to approve a resolution to fire Dr. Kohn and senior staffers.
