Senator Rob Teplitz describes the letter sent by a bipartisan group of Senators to Dauphin County DA Ed Marsico regarding the financial transactions of the Harrisburg Authority as related to the Incinerator Retrofit Project, the Senate Local Government Committee forwarded the transcripts of two hearing held on October 4, 2012 and November 13, 2012. to DA Marsico within the last week, Teplitz stated " What we're asking him to do is take a look in good faith, and determine whether or not he believes that A: his office should investigate this issue, but B: whether his office has a conflict of interest."
