Chad Libby, director of the Dauphin County Adult Probation and Parole Office discuses the merger of the juvenile and adult probation departments, Libby states that the merger of the departments will result in one agency with 167 employees, overseeing 5900 adult offenders, and around 900 juveniles. The new department will be called Dauphin County Probation Services and will be led by Libby.
