Narrative of Incident:

On 04-27-2013 at about 10:40 P.M. patrol officers were dispatched to a bar at 15th and Market Sts. on a report that a man was causing a disturbance. The man left prior to the arrival of the officers. About 10 minutes later the officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of Market St. on a report that a man had been shot. Officers learned that it was the same man who was involved in the problem at the bar.

Preliminary information indicated that Vaughan got into an argument with several people in the 1400 block of Market St. He was shot several times during a violent fight.

Vaughan was taken to the Hershey Medical center with gunshot wounds to the torso and head. He died as a result.
