Type of Incident: Shooting investigation.

. Date / Time: 05-13-2013 at about 0015 hrs.

. Location: 1500 block of Walnut St.

. Investigating Officer: Detective Division

. Injured: B/M/28, Harrisburg resident

. Suspect: Name held pending charge

Charges: Pending . Narrative: On 05-13-2013 at about 0015 hrs. patrol officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of Walnut St. on a report of shots being fired. While en route the officers were informed that a man with gunshot wounds arrived at the Harrisburg Hospital emergency room. Officers spoke to the man. He said that he’s had a problem with another man for over a month. The injured man drove to Walnut St. to get his girlfriend and while he was parked a car pulled up alongside of him. The suspect was in that car and fired several times at him. The injured man ducked down in the car but was shot in the left thigh and left buttocks. His dog was in the car and was also shot in the leg. The injured man got his girlfriend and they went to the hospital. He was treated and released. He was interviewed by detectives and is cooperating with the investigation.
