As released by the Harrisburg Bureau of Police:

Type of Incident: Shooting investigation.

. Date / Time: 05-31-2013 at about 0210 hrs.

. Location: 600 block of Camp St.

. Investigating Officer: Detective Jason Paul

. Victim: B/M/23, Harrisburg resident

. Suspect: Unknown

Charges: Pending . Narrative: On 05-31-2013 at about 0215 hrs. patrol officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Camp St. on a report that a man had been shot. Officers found the victim on the roadway where he had collapsed. He told officers that he was arguing with a man over a debt. The other man was trying to collect money and got very upset, pulled handgun and shot the victim. The victim was taken to the Hershey Medical Center for treatment. He has a gunshot wound to the back of his thigh.

. The assailant has not been identified.
