As released by the Harrisburg Bureau of Police:

Type of Incident: Shooting investigation.

. Date / Time: 06-11-2013 at about 1440 hrs.

. Location: 200 block of Calder St. . Investigating Officer: Detective Ryan Neal.

. Victims: Black male, 31, Harrisburg resident T.

Suspect: Charles “BOO” West, B/M/43, Harrisburg resident.

Charges: Attempted Homicide Aggravated Assault Carrying Firearm Without License.

. Narrative: On 06-11-2013 at about 1445 hrs. patrol officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Calder St. on a report of a shooting. Witness accounts provided that Charles West was upset and threatened to kill an acquaintance while talking to him outside the Club 1400 bar. He fired a single shot at the victim, wounding him in the left shoulder. West ran off. The injured man was taken to the Harrisburg Hospital for treatment.

. West has not been located. He and or his family are encouraged to contact Det. Neal or any police officer to arrange surrender.
