Ordinances for first reading.

Bill 26-2013 Increase Earned Income Tax (EIT) on Residents of the City of Harrisburg for the calender yeas 2014-2017 from 1% to 2%.

Ordinances For Final Passage.

Resolution 27-2013. A Resolution approving the acquisition, ownership and operation of the Harrisburg Resource Facility by the Lancaster County Solid Waste Management Authority and approving a long term assignment, amendment and restatement of municipal waste disposal agreement.

Resolution 30-2013. A Resolution approving a Land Development Plan submitted by Pennsylvania Housing Agency (PHFA) to expand the existing PHFA property at 211 North Front Street onto two adjacent lots, consolidate three parcels into one parcel, renovate the interior to the Hickok Mansion, demolish the mid-century addition at the rear of the Hickok Mansion at 201 North Front Street, and construct an eight-story addition connecting the existing PHFA building to the Hickok building.
