The Dauphin County General Authority met this morning on the 15th hole of the Dauphin Highlands Golf Course.

Guy Beneventano, Solicitor to the Dauphin County General Authority. An indemnification clause related to the potential sale of the Pittsburgh Hyatt Hotel which is owned by the Authority.

Executive Director Cynthia Boratko provided an overview of the Pittsburgh Hyatt Hotel's financial statements. "The Hyatt in total, negative net income of $914,000."

Video from August 21st with Barbara Zemlock Chair of the Authority. "We're very hopeful that all the pieces will come together and we'll have the Hyatt sold."

Jay Wenger of Susquehanna Group Advisors. asked for the consent of the authority to move forward on the Tel Hai Retirement Community Center in Chester County.

Chair of the Authority Barbara Zemlock mentioned similar discussions that took place about the Tel Hai Retirement Community during last month's meeting.
