Harrisburg Woman Forced Into Vehicle and Raped Near S 13th & Kittatinny St.

As reported by the Harrisburg Police Department:

On October 3, 2013, Harrisburg Police officers were dispatched to investigate a Rape that had occurred.

The victim stated that, while in the area of S 13th & Kittatinny St, she was approached by a Hispanic male, brandishing a gun.

The male, later identified as Enmanuel Contreras-Perez, forced her into a vehicle and drove her to a vacant house. The male raped the woman inside the vacant home. Investigation led to the arrest of Contreras-Perez later that day.
