During the NAACP mayoral forum held Thursday evening Dan Miller, Controller of the City of Harrisburg stated that he flagged a request from the city's payroll department for a $19,000 payment for a city employee, Miller stated that the employee claimed working 80 regular work hours and 316 hours of over time during a two week period.
