Harrisburg City Council President Wanda Williams thinks she's being rushed into moving bill 21-2013.

Agenda for Monday's Administration Committee.

Discussion of: •Bill 21-2013 - An Ordinance approving the transfer of the sewer collection system from the City of Harrisburg to the Harrisburg Authority according to certain negotiated terms.

•Resolution 41-2013 - A Resolution approving the negotiated terms regarding the transfer of the sewer collection system, together with its associated assets and liabilities, and the transition of the water system and sewer system operations to the Harrisburg Authority.

•Resolution 43-2013 - A Resolution approving the Addendum to Assignment, Amendment and Restatement of Municipal Waste Disposal Agreement.

Council President Wanda Williams. Until I'm comfortable with doing this, I won't do it.
