AEW Capital Management Replaced by Trimont Real Estate Advisors to Handle Harrisburg's Parking Transition Plan.

The Office of the Receiver has released the following statement:

The Office of the Receiver and Harrisburg first met with the PEDFA Board yesterday to introduce Trimont Real Estate Advisors, Inc. the new asset manager who recently was selected to replace AEW.

Trimont has been in existence since 1988 and currently has approximately 210 employees. From these offices, Trimont manages approximately $150 billion of invested capital for its clients on over 8,000 assets with $400 billion of property value.

Trimont has retained a senior executive (Rick West) with over 30 years of parking experience to provide advice on areas such as the transition plan, marketing plan and annual operating and capital budgets processes.

Harrisburg City Council is scheduled to consider the following items at tonight's Administrative Committee Meeting.
