On October 23, 2013 Michael Hughes, Tax Enforcement Officer for the City of Harrisburg stated that a street light LED study has been completed and final negations are underway with Phillips Corporation to provide and install approximately 4500 LED lights throughout the city.

We are in a process of submitting RTK's to find the details of the study, RFP's for the vendors, and any other info related to the final study.
