The settlement closing for the Harrisburg Strong Plan was finalized at 12:49 pm Monday December 23rd during a teleconference call between parties located in Harrisburg, Philadelphia, and Lancaster.

Harrisburg Receiver William Lynch walked the completed document across the street to the Pa Judicial Center where it was accepted by the court at 2:07 PM. It is anticipated that Commonwealth Court Judge Leadbetter will sign off on the plan sometime Monday afternoon.
