Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board to Vote on Commonwealth’s First Tavern Gaming License during Semimonthly Meeting.

Harrisburg – The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board will consider the application of an Adams County establishment for the state’s first Tavern Gaming License during its regular semimonthly meeting on Wednesday, March 5 at 11:00 a.m. in the Northwest Office Building, 910 Capitol St., Harrisburg.

Tavern Gaming Licenses were created by Act 90 of 2013, which was signed into law on Nov. 27, 2013. The license allows holders of certain types of liquor licenses to offer small games of chance, including pull tabs, daily drawings and charitable raffles.
