Senate Appropriations committee approved SB 1182 (Medical Cannabis Act) by a 21-5 vote Tuesday afternoon.
Chairman Jake Corman. At the end of the day, it will be a medical decision.
Senator Lloyd Smucker. The Smucker amendment fails 21-5.
