Harrisburg city council passed resolution #7 of 2015, the bill is a settlement agreement between the Coordinator of the City of Harrisburg, the City of Harrisburg, the Redevelopment of the City of Harrisburg, and AGM to allow for adjustments of debt service requirements and bonds guaranteed by the City of Harrisburg.

Council member Ben Allett, Susan Brown Wilson, and Brad Koplinski comment on the 1998 Bond deal orchestrated by former mayor Steve Reed.

This 1998 bond deal should have never happened.
