The Gaming Oversight committee held a meeting to discuss Casino ownership.

Kevin O'Toole, Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board gave a presentation of the casino ownership laws in the Commonwealth.

I can assure you that the Board can effectively and efficiently regulate gaming whether Section 1330 is maintained, relaxed or eliminated.
