After Jeff Haste adjourned Wednesday's commissioner meeting George Hartwick made a quick exit leaving Mike Pries to take questions on Hartwick's bizarre proclamation presentation at a cigar club in Delaware county.

Mike Pries.

Commissioner Hartwick had a good relationship with the individual and he asked us to sign the proclamation. We do that for other folks as well, for birthdays, for milestones, for special events.

Dauphin County Commissioner George Hartwick traveled to the City of Chester, Delaware County to present a proclamation to Ron Starr, principle of a private cigar club named The Social Lounge.

Hartwick reads a proclamation on behalf of the Board of Commissioners and the 270,000 residents of Dauphin County in commemorating the opening of The Social Lounge and proclaiming March 28th, 2015 as Ron Starr and the Social Lounge come to the City of Chester day in Dauphin County.

He invited me down here tonight to be able to actually enjoy the cigars, enjoy the fine women that are in this place. Because I've seen quite a few.
