R. Douglas Sherman, Chief Counsel to the Pa Gaming Control Board updates the board on the status of the Category 1 casino license in Lawrence county.

Sherman explains how Penn National (Hollywood casino) withdrew as financing partner and that on May 20th Endeka Entertainment secured a partnership arrangement with Joseph Procacci and Merit Gaming to "step into the shoes of Penn National" . Sherman goes on to say that "as of yesterday the Endeka group had posted $50 million dollars on the Board to secure the slot machine license fee."

Expanding gambling.

Internet gaming, implementing and executing slot machines operations at both qualified airports and off track facilities.
