Mark Gilson, Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney explains the guilty plea of Pa state Rep. Michelle Brownlee Thursday morning in Harrisburg.

Brownlee plead to one count of conflict of interest, received a sentence of 18 months probation, and will pay $2K to the office of the Attorney General and $3500 to the office of the Philadelphia District Attorney.
