Harrisburg Bureau of Police

On 1/4/16 at 0051 hours, Harrisburg Police responded 300 block of Burchfield for a report of shots fired with a man down. Officer arrived and observed a black male 19 years old laying on ground with multiple gunshot wounds. EMS arrived shortly and declared the male deceased. The male has been identified as Andre Parker

UPDATE

Through the investigation it was determined that the victim and another male were lured to the 300 block of Burchfield in order to rob them. During the robbery shots were fired and the victim was killed. The other victim, B/M/25 was grazed by a bullet. He was treated medically and released. The following three individuals were arrested and charged on 1/4/16:

Ayanna Perryman B/F/18 - Criminal Homicide / Robbery (2 counts) / Criminal Conspiracy-Robbery (2 counts)

Na’shae Thompson B/F/18 - Criminal Homicide / Robbery (2 counts) / Criminal Conspiracy-Robbery (2 counts)

Eiane McCollum B/M/18 - Criminal Homicide / Robbery (2 counts) / Criminal Conspiracy-Robbery (2 counts) / Criminal Conspiracy-Homicide (2 counts) / Criminal Attempt-Homicide / Carrying a Firearm without a License
