William C. Costopoulos held a press event Tuesday morning at the Pennsylvania Judicial Center in Harrisburg.

Costopoulos announced that Justice J. Michael Eakin is stepping down as a Justice of the Supreme Court.

We have lost one of the finest jurists of our court in the recent past.

None of the emails sent were pornographic in nature.
