Solar farm - SREC Pricing.

They reach into Pennsylvania's pockets and take the SRECS out of Pennsylvania, they are double dipping.

I feel bad for the people who have invested in the county on higher SREC values.

i. Solar farm refinancing

As you know the County guaranteed this bond, so to the extent their is a shortfall the project or the IDA cannot cover it will be the the County guarantee that will pay debt service.

A motion to approve the resolution to extend the loan to 25 years until 2042.
