Dauphin County Commissioner Nick DiFrancesco has been served a subpoena to testify in the petition challenge by Judge Levon A. Postelle.Both canididates have challenged each others petitions, the Postelle challenge was filed by Reed Team player Karen Balaban on behalf of Paul T. Zozos, the 20 something son of long time Judge George Zozos. The Zozos challenge was filed by Gerald Robinson on behalf of incumbent Judge Levon A. Postelle, the hearing originally scheduled for today has been postponed until Friday March 27, 2009. Photos only video later.
