Keystone Politics reported today that Kenneth Lee will run for Pa's 4th congressional district, Lee represented Harrisburg in federal bankruptcy court arguing that city council did not have the right to file for chapter 9 protection, Judge France ruled against council and dismissed the case allowing Governor Corbett's hand picked Receiver David Unkovic to move forward with the liquidation of the cities assets. The 4th district now includes most of the city of Harrisburg.
