Thompson calls out Controller-elect Dan Miller, calling his budget suggestions unconscionable and questioning whether he as Controller will be bent on bankrupting the City. Thompson then goes on to talk about how everybody should try to get along.

The Budget passed by a vote of 5-2, Thompson and Gloria Martin Roberts voted no.
