PGCB Chairman Mary DiGiacomo Colins comments on the lawsuit filed today by Keystone Redevelopment Partners,the partnership is comprised of Donald Trump, Pat Croce,Pete Ciarrocchi,and Brian P.Tierney CEO of Philadelphia Media Holdings which owns the Inquirer and the Philadelphia Daily News. The suit filed in federal court in Harrisburg accuses the gaming control of violating the U.S. Constitution's protection on interstate commerce.
