Archive Video: Council member Brad Koplinski discusses tabling the proposed vote on Resolution 40-2011 (A resolution approving the 11th amendment to corporation agreement for downtown coordinated parking system).

The resolution would extend two land lease agreements under three city garages until 2026, in order to pay an up front lease fee of $7.4 million to the city of Harrisburg, the Parking authority voted Monday to enter into three Series U Bonds totaling $10,645,000.

This video captures three events that took place Tuesday evening, city council during caucus, the council meeting where the resolution was passed by a 5-2 vote and a presser held by Mayor Thompson after the vote.
