Leadbetter, Bonnie Brigance Upon consideration of the Motion to Stay Activities of the Office of the Receiver and Document Name:

Comment: Compel the Testimony of Mr. David Unkovic, former receiver, and the Responses thereto, the Motion is hereby DENIED.

However, Mr. Unkovic shall appear at the hearining on the Petition to Appoint a Receiver scheduled for Thursday, 5-24-2012 at 10:30 am in Courtroom 3001, Third Floor, Pa Judicial Center, 601 Commonwealth Ave., Harrisburg, PA. Mr. Unkovic shall appear as a witness of the Court to provide evidence, if any, strictly limited to matters relevant to the appointment of Major General William B. Lynch as Receiver.

The CC is hereby directed to serve an informal copy of the Order on Peter J. Smith, US Attorney for the Middle District of PA, and Linda L. Kelly, AG of PA.
