The City's Director of Finance, Bob Kroboth, projects a $70,000 overage in the City of Harrisburg's Administration legal fees. When City Council members ask to see a line item total for the legal fees of the Office of the Mayor, Kroboth explains that the Mayor's legal fees get put into the Law Bureau's budget or General Expenses.
