. Investigating Officer: Det. Libertad Ramos-Sanchez. . Victim R/S/A: Black male, 20, Allison Hill resident. . Suspect: Black male.

. Charges: Pending. . Narrative: On 02-03-2013 at about 1540 hrs. patrol officers were dispatched to the intersection of S. 15th & Derry Sts. on a report that a man had been shot. The officers located the man who had a bullet wound near his left knee. The man said that a black male simply approached him and shot him. No other details are available.
