The second day of arraignments for defendants in the Pa Turnpike "Pay to Play." investigation continued Thursday afternoon with former Turnpike Chief Executive Officer Joseph Brimmeier.

District Magistrate William C. Wenner set an unsecured bail of $100k.

Brimmeier is charged with:

Two counts corrupt organizations.

Two counts of unlawful bid-rigging.

Two counts of restricted activities.

One count of commercial bribery.

One count of criminal attempt.

And one count of criminal conspiracy.
