As released by the Harrisburg Police Bureau:

PRESS RELEASE UPDATED 04-15-2013.

. Det. Paul was able to locate the wheelchair bound woman who saw part of the incident and she was interviewed. She said basically the same thing that she told the officer at the scene.

. On Saturday, 04-13-2013, police were notified that Gerald Pendelton passed away.

. An autopsy was performed this morning. Pendelton had apparently died a result of a brain hemorrhage.

. The investigation continues as to the manner of death.

. Type of Incident: Assault investigation.

. Date / Time: 04-06-2013 at about 2120 hrs. . Location: 100 block of Locust St. . Investigating Officer: Det. Jason Paul . Victim: GERALD PENDELTON, Black male, 59, no fixed address. Last known address is in Allison Hill . Suspect: Unknown
