Detective Krokos of the Harrisburg Police Department is seeking to interview Joshua Saulsberry. He is a black male, 26, about 5’7”, about 150 lbs.

Saulsberry is wanted for Failure to Appear in Court and several summary warrants. His last known address is on the 0-100 block of Lilac Dr. in Mechanicsburg but he may be staying with friends in the 100 block of B St. in Carlisle.

Saulsberry is last known to have a maroon Chevrolet Tahoe registered to him. The registration plate is JFY-5619. His license to drive is suspended but he may be driving the Tahoe or rental cars.

Saulsberry is encouraged to surrender to the arrest warrants and or contact Det. Krokos.

On May 27th, 2013 at about 8:50 pm patrol officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Muench St. on a report that a man was shot. David Nightengale was found on the roadway. He had several gunshot wounds.

Detectives credit a number of witnesses who provided details of what happened and information leading to the identity of Gregory Wyatt.

On Saturday morning a team of detectives went to Carlisle to arrest Wyatt. Carlisle police and their County Quick Response Team assisted in locating and arresting Wyatt.
