COMMITTEE BUSINESS Discussion of:

•Resolution 29-2013 - A Resolution approving the request of Richard L. Hefelfinger, Hef’s Holding, Inc., to transfer liquor license #R-4230 from 109 N. Front Street, Steelton, Dauphin County, into the City of Harrisburg to be utilized at 819 South Cameron Street, which is to operate as a full restaurant facility. •Resolution 37-2013 – A Resolution approving the Preliminary/Final Subdivision and Land Development Plan submitted by Andrew Giorgione to create an American Association of Museums (AAM)-accredited art museum in the State Capitol of Pennsylvania at 1401 North 3rd Street with an accessory parking lot on James Street.

•Resolution 38-2013 – A Resolution approving the Preliminary/Final Subdivision and Land Development Plan submitted by Dave Butcher, representing WCI Partners, LP to construct a one-story, brick building with a mezzanine for a proposed restaurant use at 200 State Street.

•Resolution 39-2013 – A Resolution approving the Preliminary/Final Planned Residential Development submitted by Dave Butcher, representing WCI Partners, LP, to convert vacant office space at 128-130 Locust Street into 14 one-bedroom apartments.
